This is an outstanding collection of some of the world's greatest hymns. The goal of these arrangements is to allow instrumentalists the opportunity to give praise and adoration to God through their musical abilities. The songs are arranged to allow players at many different levels and on various instruments to perform them. They are playable on all instruments (C treble clef, B Flat treble clef, E Flat, F, or bass clef) by simply purchasing the appropriate book. An accompaniment track for each hymn is presented with the compact disc included with each book, or you may opt for the piano accompaniment book which is available separately and has been written to work with all instruments. This edition is arranged for flute, oboe, or violin.
About the CD: Each track is featured on the CD two times, once with the melody for practice, and once without for performance. The backgrounds are beautiful piano accompaniments that will make any solo shine!
